I’ve been going here for over 10 years and the last 2 years there has been a big drop off in service. What use to be a 2-5 minute stop became a minimum 15 minute stop, for donuts and kolaches. Today was what really prompted me to leave a review. Waited for 10 minutes for someone to take my order, with literally 2 people ahead of me. While waiting, my daughter pointed out a promotion poster, buy a kolache and a donut for $4. Great, so I ordered 2 kolaches and 2 glazed donuts and it rings up as Regular price. $9.56. I tell the lady that the price is wrong, it should be $8+tax. She tells me she won’t honor the price because I didn’t tell her in advance and there’s nothing she can do. So you advertise one price and charge another price: got it. Losing a long time customer over $1.50. I’ve Been patient each time but will no longer be stopping by here. There are plenty other donut shops.
