This location of Shipley Do-Nuts offered a large selection of fresh, delicious treats that did not disappoint. It was late in the day but they still had a large assortment. The kolaches were hot and seemed fresh out the oven. The counter girl was friendly, fast, and professional, it made a delightful experience! Perfect for satisfying any donut craving!

Kolaches were normal. The apple fritter i'm hoping was just a mistake? The one i got is less than half the size of a normal one from every other shipley's. It looks more like a dippin stick that should be multiple per order. It was also thin like a cookie, not thick and dense, like a friiter is supposed to be.

Always they'll give you the wrong order, the most simple like a kolache Ham and cheese they don't have at Saturday 9 am. The manager has no control. You go there and you are waiting time.

I could not believe it I love Shipley's Donuts hot glazed donuts for my favorites and where I live I can't get them. So while in town cleaning out my mom's house I'm right around the corner from a Shipley's Donuts. It was Sunday so they opened up at 7:00 a.m. and I was there at 7:01 and I could not believe it, no hot glazed donuts. I had to sit there and wait almost 20 minutes to get some hot donuts. And the people that were working really didn't care how long I waited. I went up to go ahead and pay for half a dozen before they came out and she ended up overcharging me and charged me for a dozen when I got home and started eating them they just did not taste like the normal Shipley's Doughnuts something was off I don't know what it was but I was very disappointed. I don't think I'll ever eat it this one here again. It can't hold a candle to the one in Channelview. Maybe they need to go over there and learn how to do things the correct way. And also learn how to have good customer service.

Came here around 830am on a Saturday morning. This location has a convenient drive through which is great. It is quick and easy to order. The only thing is you need to come prepared with your order! I grew up in SB and the shop used to be on Bingle. I miss the location being there. You could see them making the donuts and there were always the usuals there. Kolaches used to taste better, in my opinion and the donuts were definitely bigger! My favorite was the plain cake donut. It was just the right amount of sweetness and moistness. Now its drier than i remember. I dont think it's just this location. Shipley's must have changed their ingredients and/or recipe. I ordered half a dozen and tried one of their new breakfast kolaches (which is a copy cat of the kolache factory). The flavor of the kolache was jalapeño egg and cheese. It was good, and the bread was delicious. A good size for it costing $4. The donuts didn't seem as fresh and warm as I'm used to. My drive home is short so I don't think they would have cooled down that quick. Again, they seemed smaller in size than I remember. Overall, we enjoyed them. I want to try another location soon to see if it's just this location or are the donuts in fact smaller now.

Always love Shipley's and this is a good location. Quick in and out with large selection and has a drive thru. Easy access and this area has a couple of Shipley's around new location down the street from old Bingle location.

Shipley Do-Nuts is a fantastic spot for donut lovers, and my recent visit left me quite impressed. From the moment I walked in, the welcoming aroma of freshly made donuts filled the air. The variety on offer is one of Shipleyâs standout featuresâwhether you're craving a classic glazed, a filled donut, or even a kolache, thereâs something for everyone.
The glazed donuts are my personal favorite. They have the perfect balance of sweetness without being overpowering. Theyâre light, fluffy, and almost melt in your mouth. I also tried their apple fritters and was equally delighted. The fritter had just the right amount of crunch on the outside while remaining soft and flavorful on the inside.
What I particularly appreciated was the freshness of everything. You can tell that the donuts are made in small batches, ensuring that theyâre always warm and soft when served. It makes a huge difference compared to places where the donuts sit out for hours.
Their coffee, while not the main attraction, is a solid addition to the experience. It pairs well with the donuts and is reasonably priced. The service was also quite goodâthe staff were friendly, efficient, and made sure the line moved quickly.
If I had to find a downside, it would be that the selection can sometimes run low if you go later in the day, which is understandable given their popularity. Iâd recommend visiting earlier to get the best variety.
Overall, Shipley Do-Nuts offers an enjoyable experience for anyone looking for fresh, tasty donuts at a reasonable price. Itâs not gourmet, but it doesnât need to be. Itâs simple, delicious, and hits the spot. Four stars from me!

I went to the drive through on Sunday morning and waited 15 minutes in the line. That wasnât an issue for me but when I got to the window I ordered a dozen donuts and the lady insisted on me getting down and going to the front counter to order. She made me park and go inside to order after I had waited 15 minutes in the drive though line. I didnât want to get down thatâs why I had originally gone on drive though but this lady gave me no option, she said that if I ordered in person I could see the donuts they had because they didnât have that many flavors left. When I went inside and ordered they had most of the donuts. I was really annoyed because i waited in the drive through line for nothing just to be forced to go inside and order. Not to mention when I got inside I still had to wait in line to get my order taken. This employee ruined my experience today.

My dad has been going to this Shipleyâs for a coffee and a doughnut almost every day for the last 5000 years. Or at least 30. Maybe more. The staff has been consistently amazing and heâs watched some of them grow up there. This place, not only supports. The community is respectful and kind to its patron, and always treats my dad like a rockstar. They noticed when he doesnât come in and they ask how everything is going. itâs hard to find businesses like this anymore. Well done, Shipleys!
