I HAD TO MARK 1 STAR TO GET TO THIS REVIEW PAGE. MY WIFE IS OVER A CHILDREN'S GROUP AT CHURCH. SHE HAS USED A COUPLE OF LOCATIONS. THIS LOCATION HAS TO BE THE MOST UNORGANIZED, RUDE, UNHELPFUL, AND JUST ALL AROUND DON'T CARE ATTITUDE. THEY SHORTED HER ONE DOZEN BUT SHE DIDN'T REALIZE IT TILL SHE GOT TO CHURCH. SHE HAS CALL THE MAIN OFFICE ON WAUGH ST., AND FINALLY SOMEONE ANSWERED THE THIRD TIME. THE FIRST TWO SHE LEFT A MESSAGE WITH CELL NUMBER, THE LAST THE PERSON TOOK THE MESSAGE. THE TRANSACTION WAS ON AUGUST 17TH. IT APPEARS THE OFFICE IS AS
INCOMPETENT AS THE LOCATION.
The place was closed before the posted time. No car in the lot and everything was cleaned like it had been closed for a while.
Went through drive thru. Service was ...well, they actually didn't speak. Held out their hand....

Pretty decent donuts. The fresh classic glazed are the best. I got a coconut, a classic glazed, and a blueberry glazed donut. They were good, but for the price I was charged I feel like I can stop at a store near my house and get a dozen better tasting, same sized donuts for just a couple dollars more. I would definitely say it is a little pricey for the quality and amount you recieve. Quick service though!

I eat at shipley's several times a week all over town and this is by far the worst location in Houston. No matter how many times you give them your order they pretty much give you what they want. Then when you tell them it is wrong you get an attitude. I think the bold kolaches suck but love the regular ones but when you go there you are going to get bold just so they can charge you more.
Take the extra time and go to the Kirkwood location where you won't have any problems.

Donuts were actually fresh
I got glazed donuts and they were good. There are other locations in Houston that are better but they did the job

I love love love this Shipleys! Their kolaches are the best. They also offer beignets :) the ladies who work here are always on point. I took my fur children with me today and they gave them treats! So awesome.

The service is slow. Shouldn't take 10m to put stuff into a box/bag. Its specifically designed for pickup.
They've messed up my order numerous times, their customer service skills are extremely poor, and the inside looks dirty.

Yeah don’t ever stop here in the mornings unless it your willing to wait more than 25 minutes either in the drive thru or inside.

I recently visited Shipley's Donuts, and I have to say, it was a disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt like something was off. The ambiance was lackluster, and the staff seemed uninterested in providing good service.
The donuts themselves were a letdown. They lacked the freshness and flavor I was hoping for. The glaze was too sweet, and the dough was dense and chewy, not light and fluffy as a good donut should be. I tried a variety of flavors, but none of them stood out as particularly enjoyable.
To top it off, the prices were higher than expected for the quality of the product. I left feeling unsatisfied and regretting my decision to give Shipley's a try. If you're looking for a great donut experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Shipley's Donuts? More like Shipley's Do Nut Go Here.
The kolaches are mostly bread. There was hardly any filling, whether eggs, sausage, cheese or boudin. BTW boudin was a major joke! Waste of money cause I threw all the bread away
Rude and no customer service skills. I was charged for something but given something different in drive thru.
Went there to try the Beignets and they were nasty, hard and old. Barely had and powdered sugar. I don’t recommend
Hadn't had one of these in a while. They compare to Krispie Creme franchise. Got a glazed, a twister, and a plain solace, but didn't expect a > $7 tag, but once is accepted for old time's sake!
