I love Shipleys. This location is usually great. For some reason though there has been barely any icing on the cake donuts. I ordered 2 of them again this week and by the time I got home, the icing that is so yummy was all over the bag and none on the donut. I suggest you ice your donuts better in the future. If someone purchases an iced donut, it is because they want the icing. And in response to a review below....I can not believe someone complained about too much filling. Usually...

I come here multiple times a week. The staff is amazing. Super nice and friendly. They are patient and the place is always clean and lovely. If I could triple everyone's salary there and give them stock options I would.

Today I told the chubby little girl, I will fill my medium glass of coffee because there is no refill and she grabbed my glass and she made me refill it and I complained to her and she told me that they had a measurement for the glass.....but I think it is bad since I paid for my medium glass and also with a rude attitude AND I HAD TO ASK FOR NAPKINS FROM THE YOUNG MAN WHO WAS THERE IN THE CARS BECAUSE HE DIDN'T KNOW TO GIVE ME NAPKINS EITHER THE QUICK SHOT....AND HE LAUGHED...
