This location always has the worst customer service and dry kolaches. Went this morning at 7:30am and they were out of donut holes. It’s worth the drive and wait to just go to the Ella Blvd location. Always fresh food and great customer service as well!

Been coming here for 2 years and they still mess up simple orders. How hard is it to make sure you're grabbing the right kind of kolache? Very hard for these Shipley's employees apparently. I shouldn't have to continuously come back to fix your mistakes and I shouldn't have to tear open all my food to make sure you've done your job right.

Terrible customer serviceDrive through the drive through said my order was wrong and the lady Just kept making excuses that she got confused cause I said an order then took it out when on the receipt she got my correct order overall very defensive,wasn't even approaching her aggressively or anything.
