Its a gamble if they will only have drive through open or not and there is supposed to be a sign they hang up to let u know if lobby is closed but they never hang it up. But lately they've been royally messing up my orders I'm charging me for things I never received and that's multiple days now.

This Shipley doughnut is a very busy location. I now understand why The MOST FLAVORFUL DONUTS. The donuts are warm. The kolaches are huge. The service is great and with a smile merry Christmas everyone love this location at Pinemont close by 290 highway in Houston, Texas.

They have a new menu item called kolache Bold. Basically its a Kolache with a bigger sausage instead. But I bought a regular Kolache at 2.99 and a Kolache Bold for like 3.50 I took both Kolaches about right infront of the workers and both sausage where exactly the same size. Nothing was different. Only thing was different was that there was so much more bread on the bold one. I told them why are they doing this. They are both the same. Im paying more for the same thing. And they told me I was crazy. I will be looking into this i have hired people to go and buy and do this same thing and get it one video, the more places that are doing this the better my lawsuit will be. This is crazy. This is false advertising.

I ordered 1 lemon and a cinnamon roll.. I asked the attendant to warm it for me and she basically recooked it in the microwave

Horrible Kolache ham and cheese it was all bread ! Kept bitting into it and there was only a small piece of ham all the way to the bottom no cheese either! What a rip off! Waste of time and money! By the time you drive back to show them now worth it. They were also rude at the window they asked for my card without telling me my total. I asked them how much it was she didn’t even know. Check your food next time you go rip off!
