Horrible Kolache ham and cheese it was all bread ! Kept bitting into it and there was only a small piece of ham all the way to the bottom no cheese either! What a rip off! Waste of time and money! By the time you drive back to show them now worth it. They were also rude at the window they asked for my card without telling me my total. I asked them how much it was she didn’t even know. Check your food next time you go rip off!

Arrived in the morning at 5.45am and place my order thru drive thru . When I wanted to pay for my doughts the lady refuse to take my money because the $5 note was chip at the corner just a little and they refuse to take the cash as it the policy but other Shipley doesn’t have this policy . The manager was too rude and unpleasant as she don’t even know how to talk . The food was horrible and the kolache that I bought was so dry and tasteless . Will never go back to the store as the food and the staff are so terrible . Please think before you order your food because even their doughts are soggy sometimes .

The doughnuts and kolaches are consistently fresh and warm. And the hot chocolate is so tasty. The server, Ruth, is always helpful. Will visit again for sure 👍💯🙏🤙

This location always has the worst customer service and dry kolaches. Went this morning at 7:30am and they were out of donut holes. It’s worth the drive and wait to just go to the Ella Blvd location. Always fresh food and great customer service as well!

Just had this delivered and honestly I’ve got to say this is unacceptable. I received a ball of dough with a hint of egg a couple pieces of sausage NO cheese and no jalapeños. This is really horrible. I will stick to the Shipley on Ella.
