I just ordered from here on Uber eats and when the guy get there to pick up my food they didn’t even have what I wanted, and then they didn’t even give me the correct order.

This is a chain brand and they make solid traditional doughnuts. Few places have powdered doughnuts, so that's what I like to get here. The time I was here, it was Oreo madness so they had doughnuts with Oreos and they were yummy! Definitely recommend this place if you like traditional doughnuts.
It’s 7:30am. Why are they serving cold donuts? Service was slow and unfriendly. The line was long and I assumed because the food was going to be hot and fresh. Turns out, it’s just because the lady at the counter was too busy laughing and talking to her colleagues instead of serving customers. It was a cringe situation having to listen to everyone complaining. Lastly, there’s no value here. I paid $9.38 for two donuts and a drink. Rather than argue about the price I took my food and dipped. Will not be back to this location.

Morning regret for stopping by this Shipley Donuts on the corner of 290 and North Fairbank. I was craving for Donuts this morning and decided to stop by at this Shipley Donuts. Slow services, bad customer service, and the quality of the food is getting worse. Never come back to this place again.

If I could give zero stars I would. This location seems to only hire people who not only have a hard time hearing orders and following directions, but also people who have no idea what customer service is. I have given this location countless tries to do better but it seems like each time I return I leave even more furious and upset that I wasted my time and money here AGAIN. I understand people having a bad day but these people must just have bad lives because they have poor attitudes and even poorer people skills. Not to mention it's always slow and nobody seems to care including management.

I not from this side of town I hardly come to a donut shop but when I do I like to order my donuts hot and where I usually go since the first time I asked they have serviced me as I ask for my hot donuts in Pasadena on Spencer highway but here I ask the young lady and seemed not to care about making some fresh donuts or even asking if she could I’ll never stop here for sure ever again.
