This is absolutely the worst Shipley Donuts ever, it’s conveniently located to my house, however, I will continue to drive to the one on Westhimer road. All I ever order is 2 glazed donuts warmed.. unfortunately, the women can’t seem to warm up some dang donuts. Who puts donuts in the microwave until the donuts are piping hot, soggy and all the glaze melted off… this is very poor service in which I receive every time I come to this location. Management Please higher new workers that understands food and service… these type of ppl workers are liabilities and will bring about many lawsuits for the company…. My whole donut experience and morning ruined because of Shipley Donuts… Please Do better 😡🤬 wasted $2.58. Shipley Donuts on Dairy Ashford and Briar Forest… keep driving DO NOT STOP 🛑

I'm a big fan of Shipley's, but I've had some major issues with this location. I once bought a bottle of milk to go along with my donuts, and even though it looked like it had never been opened, the inside of the cap and the mouth of the bottle were covered in dirt and what looked like mold. It was absolutely disgusting. I avoid buying drinks here now. The donuts are typically on par with those of other locations, but the service can be a bit slow.This was the Shipley on Dairy Ashford near Briar Forest
I feel like this about most of the Shipley’s I go to, but the service is always quick and easy, doughnuts are fresh and do still taste good after microwaving if you end up eating them later in the day. No complaints from me ??
