I'm a big fan of Shipley's, but I've had some major issues with this location. I once bought a bottle of milk to go along with my donuts, and even though it looked like it had never been opened, the inside of the cap and the mouth of the bottle were covered in dirt and what looked like mold. It was absolutely disgusting. I avoid buying drinks here now. The donuts are typically on par with those of other locations, but the service can be a bit slow.This was the Shipley...

I feel like this about most of the Shipley’s I go to, but the service is always quick and easy, doughnuts are fresh and do still taste good after microwaving if you end up eating them later in the day. No complaints from me ??

We wanted to try a donut place we don’t have in NC and tried Shipleys. My sons fiancé said the donut were delicious. I got the basic chocolate donut and it was pretty average tasting to me. I’m glad I tried it though, to say I tried it. I don’t think I will be going back or maybe go there early in the morning to try when the donuts freshly come out. They don’t have Shipleys where I live in NC. Donut prices are comparable to other donut chains.
