This location has gone downhill since the buyout. The employees pride in their work and food is gone! And it really shows. It was always chaos but it used to be organized chaos. Now it just feels like no one knows what's going on and no one cares.

Drive thru needs major change. Even when they are slow they take so long.
Not only has the customer service and quality gone way downhill with the new ownership, the prices have gone through the roof!!! $1.35 for a measly donut?! The prices have increased far greater than inflation. My estimate is at least a 50% increase which is just pure greed by the ownership.

The cashier was not very nice and gave me the wrong items. I already was far and so we just had to eat what was bagged. I wish they had trumoo milk. My kids love it and they didn’t have it.
