Was going to purchase until I saw the guy picking up donuts and dressing them with various frostings. Then dipping them in toppings all with his bare hands (see pic). It's unsanitary to not wear gloves. Yuck!!

My phone died on the way to work and i got turned around and didn’t know where to go! stopped into this shipleys hoping they would let me look at the map on their phone. Cindy was sooooo nice and not only let me look at her phone but charged my phone for me and while i was waiting offered me a donut or coffee. definitely going to stop here next time i want breakfast on the way to work.

Your run of the mill Shipley. Had some homeless people around but didn't bother anyone and it isnt the establishments fault. They had every flavor of donut i needed and coffee was hot! They heated everything up for me!

This Shipley's location has been my first choice for Sunday quick breakfast. The service is really good, the staff has always been super sweet and quick. Has the best kolaches and donuts than any other Shipley's mostly on Sunday mornings. I tested that out! Please bring back the original staff and keep this baby running.

The way the drive-through is set up, you can't see what's available inside, and from the look on the women's face, she was not about to inform me on what's available. Confirmed after twice asking for a style/flavor of donut that wasn't available. 🤔
