Today I want to tell you about my experience in this place. I'm leaving work to buy 8 colachs. My husband orders them and tells the older lady who is serving at the window at 2 in the afternoon that he wants them without jalapeño. He tells her again. Don't let it bite, well we leave and finally hungry I open the box and the first thing I see is that they were all with jalapeño, but that was not the end we went back to change them, we told this lady who got confused, she just told me They gave it with jalapeño, because we asked for it with her and another girl gave it to us, we leave there and on the way I open them again and they know that again with the same story they were jalapeño, my husband wanted to continue home but I told him that it is not our fault, they are the ones who are wrong, when I get to the place this person tells me with tremendous bad form and now that it was, my husband still very kindly asks him what are he thinking that they have been wrong twice in the same way , and she gives him the explanation that the new girl put them wrong, but without apologizing or anything, when she brings them back she just gives me the box in her hand with a bad attitude and tells me that those were not with jalapeño Yes, they were what I wanted, but it was only so that I wouldn't open them at that very moment, but when I opened them, they weren't with jalapeño, but you know that they were cold, icy cold, and I told him that because they are cold like that, and he told me that he had them for me. I had to give like that because I had another person waiting behind me, can you believe that with the bad time he gave us, no apology or anything, I personally will never return to this place in my life

I’ve came by at 5-5:30 am a few mornings and it seems they never have warm fresh donuts …. I rather drive 30 minutes to Westheimer for fresh donuts all day ;(

Every Sunday morning by 5:15 a.m., I pick up a dozen donut for my church. The staff are very friendly and cordial.

Purchased 3 Sausage with Cheese & Jalapeño Kolaches and 2 Cookies n' Dream Filled Donuts today. Racist employee wouldn’t give me my food until I “confirmed” my order, despite me giving my name and telling her what I purchased. I asked her “How do I confirm my order”, as there isn’t an option to do so online or through email. She calls another employee over and they start talking in Spanish, afterwards I can finally have my order. White and Hispanic customers walking in and leaving with their food, however, I was asked to confirm my order……Absolutely terrible

Second time Ive gone for chocolate iced and the give me a glazed with chocolate ice. That’s not how they’re made at all other 1000 locations. Why is this one different. Sadly it’s the only one near me but guess I’ll be driving further now.

Teacher appreciation week it was advertised that with any purchase, teacher’s get a free half dozen donuts. The lady refused to allow me to have the special. I showed her news article and she still said no!
