Horrible customer service, for a good while now!!! You order one thing and you get something else, instead of what you ordered, 4 times have bought kolaches they have been cold, donuts aswell!! Gratefully found out of this other place called Anchor donuts!! They gave wonderful customer service and the food donuts ,kolaches are great and way better prices than you guys.

I went through the drive thru so atmosphere is based on general knowledge. I recently moved from New Mexico, grew up here tho, and have I missed Shipleys donuts. They are Soo good. They melt in your mouth. Not just the donuts but the kolache 🫠YUM

The mexican manager lady with the gray long hair and glasses who works here is super rude with people and unprofessional. She got mad at me and my co worker one day because she gave us the wrong kolaches and we told her 3 times.. so, we went back to fix our order. The kolaches have way too much bread and the sausage is cut in half now, with a petty amount of cheese inside. Their kolaches suck now. Just like their employees and service. Don't bother spending your $ here no more. They will rip you off and give you attitude with your order or will make it incorrectly.

While the people are nice the food is not guaranteed hot till 10 am as it says on the front door. I have been here a few times for the love of donuts for my family but each time there is a discrepancy in the food being cold. Each time im there around 6 30am to 7 am im rushing to get home to my kids so they can eat before school but many times the donuts are cold so we alwsys have to call or go back. I cant find myself liking this place very much. When I called this morning to complain about the donuts being cold and the kolaches being doughy the manager said she can re fry them for us. No thank you I just want fresh good donuts, then driving back up to get replacements during traffic. My family still tried to get me to like Shipleys because its memories for them I cannot even find my self liking there donut holes.

We went today to get half a dozen chocolate iced and half a dozen glazed. We were given chocolate glazed instead and they were cold and hard as rocks. I touched them and they had no give. I don't know how old these donuts were but even day old donuts are still soft. My husband took them back, and he said they asked him if he microwaved them. The absolute nerve! The donuts that were replaced looked old as well by the appearance of the glaze, but at least they weren't hard as bricks like the ones we returned. Sidenote: please learn how to make an actual apple fritter and replace those salty hot dogs (in five inches of bread) in your kolaches. The lack of accountability, as well as selling poor quality food, will be the last visit to this location. This area is saturated with too many quality donut shops to be this arrogant because you're operating behind the Shipley brand.
