We went today to get half a dozen chocolate iced and half a dozen glazed. We were given chocolate glazed instead and they were cold and hard as rocks. I touched them and they had no give. I don't know how old these donuts were but even day old donuts are still soft. My husband took them back, and he said they asked him if he microwaved them. The absolute nerve! The donuts that were replaced looked old as well by the appearance of the glaze, but at least they weren't hard as bricks like the ones we returned. Sidenote: please learn how to make an actual apple fritter and replace those salty hot dogs (in five inches of bread) in your kolaches. The lack of accountability, as well as selling poor quality food, will be the last visit to this location. This area is saturated with too many quality donut shops to be this arrogant because you're operating behind the Shipley brand.

Stopped by Shipley Do-Nuts on Sunday around noon. They were almost out of powdered donuts, so get there early if that’s your favorite. Definitely try the glazed donuts—they’re hands-down the best! Soft, sweet, and perfectly fresh. Bonus: they have a drive-thru, which makes grabbing a quick treat super convenient.
Tip: • Go earlier in the day for the full selection. • Glazed donuts are a must! • Drive-thru is a great option if you’re short on time.

I came as soon as they opened at 5 am because I wanted fresh hot glaze donuts but when she gave them to me they were cold I never experienced that at a shipleys especially as soon as they open they should still be warm atleast
