The Hispanic lady at the window almost trew the coffee literally at me. It spilled on my jeans. Is like you wait patiently for your turn and when that time comes she rushes you trew your order gets it wrong then trows a fit. Overal the kolaches and donuts area always fresh.

I went and the girl told me it was closed like 15 mins before they actually closed. She was rude about it and I’m like okay well I will just never go again because I don’t appreciate the way she acted. I can see why they’re hiring because she had such was so nasty about it how can you keep employees.
Lobby is closed during daylight hours. Told to use the drive through. I have been sitting in line behind two cars for nearly 30 minutes with no route to get out of line. Avoid this location at all cost.

Went here this morning and was served the best Shipleys meal I’ve ever had, and with a good experience. Bold Jalapeno Kolaches and a bag of do-nut holes. Been to a few locations and have I a new favorite. Thankyou to the strong Asian woman for helping with my order. I shared your blessings with many smiling faces. Y’all do a great job with the new items!

I was in a bind and needed something for a birthday quickly. I rode up through the drive-thru and said I just needed something colorful and fun for a birthday. He said, “I got you.” 1 min later, I got a dozen colorful sprinkled donuts. Fast, friendly service and yummy treats. Didn’t disappoint! Thank you, drive-thru bub!

I ordered here by mistake but was unable to cancel my order online, nobody answered the phone after calling for over an hour until they closed at 10 p.m. I really would likey funds back Shipley's then y'all put (enjoy your food) as if the order was picked up I didn't get my donuts!
