Lady worked September 2, 2025 super disrespectful! Lady was talking with an attitude and waving her hands around. Very hostile locked the doors so no enter. Lost multiple customers including us which would’ve been a purchase for three. Would love if you all hired people with great attitudes and willing to help customers. By the way she had a mouth full of food while speaking to us crazy.

Counter lady was very rude and insisted the mug that I purchased at another Shipleys for coffee refills wasn’t the correct mug. Every location I have been to recognizes the mug and honors the coffee refills. For some reason the lady argued that it wasn’t the right mug??

Terrible customer service. Never there when you pull up through drive through doting business hours and even when you do they seem to not want to assist you. Drive 5 minutes down towards 45 to that shipleys instead and save yourself the headache.

Just went to this location went to the drive thru and was sitting there waiting for eight minutes and no one took my order so I drove up to the window and no one was there after like 2 minutes a hispanic lady sees me as she casually walking around and comes to the window. I tell her the donut I want and also and iced coffee with light ice. She said no I have to give it to you with regular ice cause that's how it comes out. I asked her can she not just spill some out? She said if she does that there will be no ice at all!!! I was like you know what just forget about it and she said ok. So lazy and so rude I never seen a place not be able to give light ice!!!

I come to this location often with no issue, however today was a bit different. I ordered a few item from the drive thru and handed the lady my credit card and some cash to use and I realized once I got to work that she charged the entire ticket to my card ????? I don’t know why she didn’t use the cash I handed and I want to know what happened to my cash like seriously.
