This is my third time coming here (months apart) and it says its open, but actually always closed. The door says to use drive thru after a certain time, but you can see through the glass window that there is no employee inside the store. Don't waste your time coming here.

Today while visiting I was sitting in the drive-through and placed an order for two dozen donuts when I observed the lady pick up every donut to put in the box with her bare hands… Disgusting

I'm very picky about my donuts and shipley's passed the test. I went at 8:20 am and the donuts were hot and fresh, melted in my mouth (not to sugary)... I opted for the classic glaze donuts. 5 star joint i can't wait to return

24 hrs prior we called in for an order going to a funeral. We arrived, no order was waiting, had to settle for cold Glazed donuts and luke warm Kolaches. The lady who helped us wasn't very friendly and shrugged off the inconvenience.
