This location's quality of donuts is horrible. Very stale and cold. They're giving Shipley a bad rep, IMO. The location on Uvalde and I-10 is way better.

I had 5 kolaches today, I told them regular ones and they gave me spicy, my kids were choking on this. I never asked him about spicy kolaches, I told him regular ones. They don't pay attention and very slow service.

service was no so great, i had to repeat my order 3 times .. i didn't quite understand her and at times donuts are cold or under cooked (i have gone back you guys make it right, thank you). When you 1st open everything was great but its a different store but you guys are WAY Better than the one on I10. i'll keep coming here even though your 20 min away (the one on I10 is 5min away.
