service was no so great, i had to repeat my order 3 times .. i didn't quite understand her and at times donuts are cold or under cooked (i have gone back you guys make it right, thank you). When you 1st open everything was great but its a different store but you guys are WAY Better than the one on I10. i'll keep coming here even though your 20 min away (the one on I10 is 5min away.

LOVE this shipleys! This is the only shipleys I know of that makes hot fresh beignets and only 5 minutes or less wait. They also fill all their filling donuts FULL not like other places or other shipleys who only put a little squirt of filling. It's not that I don't want the donut part, but an equal or close to equal ratio of donut and filling would be nice that's why I got the filling donut to begin with lol bc I wanted filling not plain. We Always go here they...

I have visited this location at least twice recently, and I have found that everything we purchased was delicious and fresh! Customer service is always impeccable as the staff are very friendly, professional, courteous, and helpful. I try to avoid donuts and such, but since I tasted a donut here not so long ago,I plan to go often! ??
