This is our go to stop for kolaches and donuts. Today just made me the happiest. I went thru the drive thru and forgot I had my reindeer ears on my window. Well they fell off. I called them and they got it off the floor of the drive thru. When I went back they gave it back to me. The smallest effort makes a person day so happy.

I usually don’t have any problems with Shipley’s at any location, but today was a different story. We asked for 4 apple fritters and 1 instead, even after repeating the order. We paid, we left, got home to find out our donut holes were not in there. The kicker is when I got back to the shop that look like donut holes on the counter laid side ways on the counter. I felt insulted because it was more like a ‘here, whatever’ kinda way. When I look at the sky blue shirt lady...

There nothing better then Shipley's given a bad blueberry donut one time but after trying all the local donut shops noting has topped Shipleys. Is it the doh or the oven maybe the degree. Either way it's a forever secret.
