I go here often and normally I don’t have a problem. The food & service usually cool but today I ordered a bacon, egg, cheese kolache sandwich with 2 donuts. When I make it home I realized I have a cheese & egg sandwich with one donut.

Great staff, if possible go early in the morning to get the fresh doughnuts If you can't their cinnamon roll is great alternative as well as the bear claws

They have the Chappell Hill Country Sausage Kolache so I come here when I'm craving it.. Many Shirley's Don't have this 1 .... OR... the Language Barrier is soo unfortunate that I nv get my Correct order elsewhere.. language barriers at Shirley's can be an issue at many locations. Same case 4 this location but they had a more native fluent speaker to help here n I finally was able to get my order...

Every time I order the same thing. An apple fritter, a filled bar, and a lage coffee. Every time, the lady at the counter doesn't know how to take my order, and has to go get an employee who speaks English. Okay, I dont know why she's on the register in a city where 60%+ of the population speaks primarily English. But it's not the end of the world.
Today however, the employee who usually steps in wasn't there. Long stories short, I got the wrong order, and got charged for it. Then when I gave it back to them. They charged me again for a filled bar. And still gave me the wrong order. I've looked through these reviews. I'm not the only one having this problem. I won't be going back.
Five chances to get a three item order right was more than gracious enough.

Ordered delivery at 8:30 the donut never came. It got switched twice. To where it’s now cancelled, Unable to in contact with the store. This is seriously unprofessional! Definitely will be seeking a refund.

Nothing to Rave about.. They didn't WOW me at all. They didn't even stay soft. Ohh and that ice mess they are serving up? What did they call it.. oh yeah, a Frappuccino. Lol, sike. I drove the 5 minutes to a Starbucks.

I spont 64.02 and didn't receive all my food. I have no transportation due to the weather, but, come on now....this is very frustrating. I already waited damn near 2hrs for my order and now I'm not receiving what I paid for. I want a full refund. To make matters worse, there's no working number for the store???♀️

We went for takeout, and the donut taste was yummy. My favourite was the coconut chocolate flavour donut.
The amount of times i have been there and not gotten what i ask for is insane. if i had a dollar for everytime ive been in the early morning and gotten the wrong items or them not having it ready yet i could fill my gas tank to full. it's so bad i've learned how to say what i want in Spanish to try to make it easier and still can't quite get it right.

I only received half my order upon delivery and the part they did give me the donuts were cold. I called two different numbers once didn't work (the one Google shows), the other from the app had an automated message saying they aren't accepting calls. The app doesn't have a way to dispute orders so I'm just stuck.
