What makes this location good is the exceptional people who work there and the excellent service. Professional, personable and kind people are what I discovered. You might not expect that. I rated the food low because as far as what the market has to offer the donuts are as basic as donuts come and relatively too expensive. After experiencing better donut bakeries, shipleys is what I settle for as a last resort when I am out of options. shilpleys is never my first choice. ...

I go here often and normally I don’t have a problem. The food & service usually cool but today I ordered a bacon, egg, cheese kolache sandwich with 2 donuts. When I make it home I realized I have a cheese & egg sandwich with one donut.

They have the Chappell Hill Country Sausage Kolache so I come here when I'm craving it.. Many Shirley's Don't have this 1 .... OR... the Language Barrier is soo unfortunate that I nv get my Correct order elsewhere.. language barriers at Shirley's can be an issue at many locations. Same case 4 this location but they had a more native fluent speaker to help here n I finally was able to get my order...
