Beautiful location, but the donuts are consistently cold and taste stale even early in the morning. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location.

Lady in drive thru was talking to a lady for 10 minutes and had us all waiting. Please let employees know this is unacceptable. Ladies were just having a conversation as she kept looking at the cars piling up and just continued talking.
Lady that took my order at 10:23 was anything but friendly… won’t be back

Ties to close 15 minutes before it is actually time to close. Doesn't go by their hours, so hit-or-miss on if they decide to serve you even if they see you at the door and you're looking dead at them and the time on the door.

Decided to stop by this morning on the way to work because this location is nearby. Huge mistake got glazed donuts and they were terrible cold and old smh Won’t be returning to this location.
You can see people working in there, but the lobby is closed… why?

This is the best little Shipley donut shop! Why? Because they ALWAYS have fresh HOT glazed donuts, and let’s be honest that makes all the difference. I always go before 7am on weekends, but I’ve been at least 20 times and they always offer fresh hot glazed within 5 minutes.

Im actually mad because why would they say they open 5AM-10PM when it was closing at 8... it doesn't make sense? Like what was the reason of the time when ur closing. 1 STAR not coming back no thank you!
