First off has to be the rudest shipleys I’ve ever been to. I came around the window a young girl, black glasses took my order and has no customer service skills. Can’t even walk in! so take it off google, and out of ice, and many other products. never been disappointed in shipleys until coming to this location!

All I can say is -- Shipley Do-Nuts are the BEST! And kudos to the woman who took my order this morning. She greeted me with a warm and friendly smile when I walked into the store. Sometimes, that, and a delicious do-nut or two, really helps to start your day!

On Sunday at noon on 9/21, my friends and I decided to come here and get donuts. We pulled up through the drive-thru, and upon realizing our order was more complicated than we thought, we told whoever was on the intercom that we were going to come inside to order instead. As we entered the front doors, we saw a group of boy employees huddled behind the cashier, seemingly waiting for us to come in, and then we heard one of them say, “Is she chopped?” which, if you don’t know, means “Is she ugly?” One of them proceeded to say yes and they continued to giggle and laugh as we ordered. This made my friends and I extremely uncomfortable and it was honestly disgusting behavior. I don't think they realized we heard them, but regardless that is no way to treat someone, let alone a PAYING customer. We no longer feel comfortable coming here, which is truly a shame because we have always loved and supported Shipleys. Please do better.

1 st window isn't open and it gives the impression they are closed. Poor communication through the microphone to the point i had to walk into the location. Its clean inside but tue workers weren't knowledgeable of the products they sell. The one yound guy waiting on me didnt even know they have creme filled donuts. I would say if the employees acted a little more courteous it would have made the experience better. I might be back but only because of thw donuts not the service.

The lady at the window had an attitude because I politely asked her to warm my donut up. Y’all should be offering to heat donuts up. And the microwave was right in front of her, under the cash register.
Y’all need to work on yall customer service if yall want to last in that location. I can stop at another location.

I went in today to buy a doughnut because my son loves the donuts from there, I am waiting on the drive-through for the lady to come Take my order, I roll down the window because she She got there, And she’s just staring at me like she wants me to leave so bad, She looks upset and doesn’t even say, I said hi to her two times and she was still just looking at me, I just think it’s so disrespectful how the customer service error is horrible, There is an older lady that works here that she is very kind, But usually there is two other ladies are very, very rude, You guys should really work on your customer service specially since your prices are expensive, I do not mind pain, but I Would like to be treated with good customer service

Even though my visit was during the afternoon the doors where locked. I ended up using the drivethrough and the young mexican boy there did a terrible job at hiding the fact that he would rather get paid for doing nothing than actually serve me. They did not have kolaches. This business is clearly poorly managed and in decline. They neglect their customers and do the bare minimum. They 𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗨𝗦𝗘 to update their incorrect hours of operation on goolgle maps which still states they are upen untill 11 p.m.

Be aware Lobby closes at 5:30p, and you will have to use the outside window. Busy but line generally moves quickly. Donuts are good.. Kolaches are on the bready side, not sweet or cheesy. Poor layout. Beware exiting as Blodgett drive your car will scrape and Almeda drive is divided into two drives and people can get caught in the between area.
They will never give you promotional offer.
