This location is in a bad corner. Two Drive thru windows are on two different sides of the building. First window was closed so I drove to second one. The rude young lady tells me I'm at the wrong window when I said it looked closed and then closes the window. There wasn't even anyone behind me. She could have taken my money but she was rude. Train your employees on customer service and make the drive thru clear with signage.

Not all shipley donuts make there kolaches fresh you can tell by the way they should be soft and warm these are stell and the ones that been out for awhile plus I had ordered half a dozen of kolaches and ended up with 5 the Asian lady in there I guess she's the manager was making a big deal over 1 kolache like damn are you kidding me now! Just save your time and money cause the one I normally go to are always on point and I ain't trying to discriminate here but when I see nothing but young people that look like they in highschool they dont get it right like them older folks just fyi

First off has to be the rudest shipleys I’ve ever been to. I came around the window a young girl, black glasses took my order and has no customer service skills. Can’t even walk in! so take it off google, and out of ice, and many other products. never been disappointed in shipleys until coming to this location!
