All I can say is -- Shipley Do-Nuts are the BEST! And kudos to the woman who took my order this morning. She greeted me with a warm and friendly smile when I walked into the store. Sometimes, that, and a delicious do-nut or two, really helps to start your day!
1 st window isn't open and it gives the impression they are closed. Poor communication through the microphone to the point i had to walk into the location. Its clean inside but tue workers weren't knowledgeable of the products they sell. The one yound guy waiting on me didnt even know they have creme filled donuts. I would say if the employees acted a little more courteous it would have made the experience better. I might be back but only because of thw donuts not the...
The lady at the window had an attitude because I politely asked her to warm my donut up. Y’all should be offering to heat donuts up. And the microwave was right in front of her, under the cash register.
