You can tell the effort was given to make this food! I appreciate the suggestion of getting a few blueberry cakes and a vanilla cappuccino, they hit! Especially with the weather.
I ordered half a dozen of kolaches with jalapeño and cheese along with a vanilla cold brew.

I just moved back to Houston to get treatment at MD Anderson for my cancer. Stopped at the Shipleys on Clay and Westway Park at 7:20 AM. Went back through on they way home at 11 AM. I was told I was banned due to not flushing the toilet in the morning. OK. From here on out my 20 employees will get free paid donuts and kolaches from Duncan Donuts. Oh , I'm also calling ICE on Monday.

This morning was my first time at this location. I just moved to this area. I was so happy to stop and get a donut on my way to work, then I get in and this lady rolls her eyes at me when I hand her cash. She didn’t greet me. She was clearly in a crabby mood and she took it out on me. No smile. No have a nice day. Nothing but eye rolls and big sighs like I’m an inconvenience. I can’t say I’ll suggest this location to anyone.

Placed a online order. It was supposed to be ready at 7:17 but when I went in to pick it up the order wasn't ready. The person who helped me was extremely rude and ignored me when I told her that the order was supposed to be ready. I wouldn't recommend going to this location as they are short staffed

Get a cashier that understands how to take orders
I ask for donuts and donuts holes She was very confused. When I finally received my order and paid she said you didn’t pay for the donut holes. If I didn’t pay its because you didn’t charge me. The order is in front of you.

the donuts here were absolutely disgusting got a regular glazed donut and it was quite literally cold and the glaze seemed to be melting off the quality of the donuts were disgustingly horrible never been to a Shipleys this bad before considering this place is new…
