i went through the drive through today around 1:50-2pm and Eddie had me just sitting at the speaker and window without assisting me for at least 10 mins very unacceptable and unprofessional. I drove through the drive thru twice and not once did he speak through the intercom so I went inside and I ask did the speaker work and he said yes but he was helping the customers inside the restaurant but I’m a customer to and the customers in drive thru should be treated equally. I go here all the time time so was completely shocked horrible
On the out skirts on a neighborhood. Little to no line. They carry pretty much any flavor of donuts. Friendly staff.

I’m writing to report a serious issue regarding an experience I had at one of your locations. Shortly after purchasing and consuming food from your store, I experienced severe symptoms of food poisoning—including nausea, stomach cramps, and vomiting—which required me to rest and recover for the rest of the day.
I can confidently trace the cause back to your food, as it was the only meal I had before the symptoms started. Not only was this extremely uncomfortable and distressing, but it also disrupted my plans and responsibilities.
This experience has caused me to lose trust in the safety and quality of your food. I am requesting a formal investigation into this incident, and I would appreciate a response acknowledging the seriousness of this situation. I’d also like to know what steps are being taken to ensure food safety standards are being met at your locations.
I look forward to your prompt response and an appropriate resolution.
