This is the Shipley’s closest to my house. I’ve been there multiple times because I thought it must be a fluke that I kept getting cold donuts. I’ve been there early in the morning on my way to work, when the sign saying hot donuts is lit up, and I just ordered delivery less than half a mile away. All cold. I know it’s a new location, but something has to be done so they aren’t serving cold donuts all the time.

I picked up 1 dz assorted & 1/2 dz glazed donuts via the drive thru at 7 am on a Sunday morning expecting them to be fresh and hot but when I drove off I reached in the bag to eat one and realized every single donut was ice COLD! The cashier was very nice and friendly, the location is convenient but this doesn’t make up for cold donuts on a Sunday morning. This specific location has lost my trust and business. Not worth the trip or money.

UPDATE: The reason why we went through Dine-in is because the drive through wasn’t open. It was 9:30pm.

Went in for the advertised veterans doughnut, kolache, and coffee only to be told. We don’t do that. We can give you stuff for free, very rude and unpatriotic.

So excited that they opened this location near to my home and work! This area lacks in places to go within a timely manner so I am glad they are here! We often rotate who buys breakfast at my job and Shipley’s is our go-to almost every time! You are in and out of the drive thru! So far, each interaction with the employees has always been pleasant!
