At least once a month, I stop here to pick up donuts for my staff. Every time I stop, I am greeted by one or two moody female employees. I didn't catch her name, but I will next time. Please train your staff on customer service skills. This has happened multiple times and it’s always the same two ladies.

Just left Shipley on Ella donut were good as always but the customer service was not good lady had a attitude like she just wanted me to hurry up and get out and like she didn’t want to answer me about the types of donuts they had could definitely work on that

Was not good at all. Ordered donut holes and chocolate iced. The chocolate iced was cold… like it was stored in a refrigerator. The dough on all of the donuts was not light like Shipley traditionally is. It reminded me more of Dunkin. Not sure they’re using the corporate recipe here. Do not recommend.

Absolutely horrible service! I came to pick up an order for door dash and the line was wrapped around the corner. I called the store to let them know I was outside to pick up and order and the lady who answered said “ok and? Go in drive through that’s what’s open” and hung up. I waited in the line 15 min and decided to just cancel the order. When I was leaving I noticed two men standing in front of the building so I pulled in and asked if they were waiting for doordash orders they said yes! I told them she would not allow pickup at the door and required they be picked up in drive thru. The men then informed me that she indeed had opened the door for them and was getting the orders. The difference is the employee and both men were Hispanic, I on the other hand am black. So there’s that.

I had the worst experience in my life. The lady was so rude. I’m a Dasher. If anything I’m helping y’all out she told me I had to go in the back of the line which was long.I’m not going to do that. She was the most rudest person there she needs to get retrained and I’m never accepting a dash for that Shipley ever again. you lost a top Dasher I wasn’t even there to get any donuts that was sad. It was for a customer.

How is it possible that they charge me 21 dollars for a bag of dumplings and a kolache, shameless thieves, I can't imagine what they steal from the children of the schools who buy quickly without checking the receipts that they give to the children, unfortunately, they are a bunch of thieves
