I'm a regular at Shipley's, but this is now my favorite location. I'm often greeted by a friendly employee, Valeria C. She is caring, attentive and speedy quick with my drive thru and dine-in orders. My kids ask to go to this location specifically because Valeria is so sweet to them. Thank you for the excellent customer service. Keep up the good work. We surely appreciate all the effort. <3

I have been going here since they opened they moved from next door I love this place and never have experienced anything but great service and great food. The man that works there is very nice and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

It's a donut shop. You're buying sugar and eating the sugar. I get what I ask for in the attitude I give. The service could be better but everyone has their good or bad days though they should be left outside the job. The pastries are easy to tell if they are fresh. The window service is quick. It's pastries for breakfast. It's good.
