This has to be the Worst Shirley’s in Houston! Cold donuts early in the morning, horrible customer service, barely speaks English charged me $3 do a cup of coffee! Way to start my day off! SMH! Go to Ella or North Main for the best! Don’t waist your time or energy coming here!

I got some chocolate milk there today and I had the worst diarrhea in my life afterward, couldn't leave it unmentioned. Maybe it was expired, but you they should not have been selling it, if so.

Yet another Houston tradition ruined by an investment group looking for profit without realizing what makes the product Savory and Delicious.Bought some IN-edible Kolaches and Glazed Donuts at the Yale location, $8 dollars in the trash, absolutely disgusting!!!Thinking Yale was still learning how do to it right, I traveled to the North Main location. In the 30 plus years living in the Heights N.Main Shipley has traditional had the best/freshest Kolaches and Donuts I've ever had, -NO LONGER, another $8 dollars in the trash.The recipe HAS BEEN messed with. WHY would you change a product that taste so good to something I will never put in my mouth again?... Bitter under cooked lacks the fluffiness R.I.P. SHIPLEY, -WHATABURGER -STAR PIZZA
