I ordered 2 boxes of donuts from this location online for delivery and they never arrived. I called the store and they said that some unknown person picked them up. When I called customer service they took my information and never called back or offered any kind of solution. This business is the epitome of bad customer service and takes money without delivering the product or offering a refund. We are a a major business in the area and they will never see another order from us.

My boys wanted Shipley’s this morning, so we ordered two kolaches, three glazed donuts, and donut holes. When we got home, I realized one donut was missing—and I hadn’t been given a receipt. The food was cold, and the service was terrible. I won’t be returning to this location.

Shipleys has been my favorite donut shop my entire life, but the product at this location and at every location is not worth the price anymore. Over $3 for a single plain kolache is crazy. I get that times are hard and everything has gotten more expensive, but the price of a kolache should not have almost doubled in 10 years. And now that they are owned by private equity, I feel no loyalty to the brand and hope they go out of business instead of continue to rip customers off.
What can I say? Everyone knows these are one of the best donut you will even eat! And don’t forget, always, always, get a chocolate glassed.

This location is kinda gross. Smells like cleaning supplies, donuts always look raggedy and are never fresh . Also, every time they are out of frosted cinnamon roll. Very mid donuts, sadly.

Best Shipley's I've ever had! My wife has been trying to convince me that fresh shipleys was better than my favorite donuts back in KCMO. They informed me that they have fresh glazed coming out every 3 minutes and recieved multiple very warm donuts that were pillowy and moist perfection!
