Don't even bother with the drive thru at this place. Extremely unreceptive and rude workers who need an order to be repeated multiple times. And even after you repeat it for the third time, they still find a way to screw it up. I asked for a salted caramel iced latte and got something completely different. Even after checking in with the lady at the window to make sure, she assured me that my order was correct. She even had the audacity to make faces as if I was the one in the wrong despite my order being messed up after I asked MULTIPLE times if it was the one with the salted caramel. However, that's not all. They ALSO gave me a strawberry donut even though I also reiterated to them that I wanted a cherry filled. Yet I was charged for a cherry filled? Overall just a wildly unprofessional experience and one I would not recommend to anyone in the area. Just go to another Shipley or go inside so you know they aren't messing up your order.

I have been to this location a few times and each time the drive thru line is extremely slow which is probably due to the lady that is taking orders at the drive thru. Each time I have been I have to repeat myself multiple times and she still gets my order wrong. This last time I went she charged me for bacon kolaches and I ordered egg kolaches. The price has always been the same every time I go because I always get the same order but it was several dollars more expensive bc of the bacon ones she charged me for and she refused to change it claiming that bacon was the same price as just egg. I received egg kolaches like I wanted but was charged for the bacon ones. This is the last time I will be going to this location after that.

Horrible place i don’t recommend they take too long to give you your order

I guess they ran out of gloves since the lady at the front refuses to wear them while grabbing donuts and kolaches.

That is UNSANITARY!!

Using the papers alone doesn't work if your hands aren't clean. How would I know? Because I saw her moving boxes and other items around right before filling orders.
