No gloves while handling & preparing food..even after Covid. Is that protocol according to the health department?
I purchased glaze donuts around 5am, they don't get anymore fresh. That being said, these taste a bit different than other locations. They weren't bad, but they definitely didn't have the same Shipley taste I've come to love over the past 40yrs.
If you have time, go to the NEW location on John Ralston/Beltway....

Customer service is horrible at this location. It’s been so many times that I asked for my food to be warmed up and it’s freezing cold when I receive it. They have gotten my drinks wrong. It’s always something EVERYTIME I come.
