Customer service is horrible at this location. It’s been so many times that I asked for my food to be warmed up and it’s freezing cold when I receive it. They have gotten my drinks wrong. It’s always something EVERYTIME I come.

I visited the drive-thru at this location on Monday, July 22, 2024 and the staff was so nice and pleasant. In addition, they informed me they make your donuts to order before 10am. My glaze donuts were hot and very tasty. Thank you for a good experience!!!!!

I purchased glaze donuts around 5am, they don't get anymore fresh. That being said, these taste a bit different than other locations. They weren't bad, but they definitely didn't have the same Shipley taste I've come to love over the past 40yrs.
If you have time, go to the NEW location on John Ralston/Beltway....
