Shiv Sagar is hands down one of the best spots in Houston for authentic vegetarian Indian food. Everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and made with care from the perfectly spiced pav bhaji to the crispy dosas and rich curries. You can really tell the ingredients are high quality and the recipes are authentic.

Excellent service vry tasty food quantity iz so much fr one person really appreciate the hard efforts of Chef and Staff members. Im a regular customer at this place. I recommend everyone to visit this place and try it once.

I love the food here.
Unfortunately, the older woman at the front often treats non-Indian customers differently. For example, a non-Indian customer can be waiting at the counter and be ignored, while an Indian customer who walks in afterward is greeted and greeted right away. It’s a consistent pattern that feels uncomfortable and makes me wonder if non-Indian customers are truly welcome here.
