We've given this location several chances and keep running into mediocre service and poor food quality. Service wise, the host stand is not great. They seem very confused, don't communicate (on the phone while dealing with us) other than hand waves and look put out. A couple times we've had waiters tell us the host stand didn't tell them they had a table waiting. The general upkeep looks rough, lots of tears on chairs, beat up menus that look burnt and things looking grungy. The food has been getting worse. The rice is often crunchy (not sure if it is undercooked or stale) and even fried it wasn't worth eating this last trip. The portion sizes were fine but the chicken was overcooked and dry. The hibachi chef was entertaining, and our waiter kept our drinks filled which was a bonus, no complains about them. But as an overall experience we won't be coming back. And I love hibachi overall so this is a sad review to make.

I went here yesterday for a dinner and left highly disappointed. There was a roach on the table and another on the floor. Once our chef finally came out our rice was hard as a rock. The server kept sighing as if we were a nuisance. Will never be back again!!

It was very quiet here on a Friday night for some reason. The service was polite, not too over the top. While the sushi and dumplings were tasty, portions could have been a little larger for their prices. Their sushi chef also needs a little work in tightening his roll work. The restaurant itself was also in need of a deep cleaning of the floors and booths.

Horrible service. Made my party wait way over an hour when they estimated 30-45 min wait. Yet they sat multiple people before us, big and small groups. They ultimately lied to our faces saying they didn’t. They didn’t resolve the problem and continue you make us wait.
The food was very good. The host/primary server was very helpful. The cook was very off. The room we were in has enough seats you approximately 10-12 people around 2 table to griddles. We could see the other similar tables in the other. The cook in our room was very blah and didn't seem to want to be there that day. Perhaps it was just a bad day. I'll give it another try.

The food was great but the place seemed to be ran down. The restroom were gross, floor was sticky thru out the whole store and just expected more from a fancy place like that. Food was overpriced
Love this place. It's my regular date place with the bf. Recommend everything. The staff is very friendly. Sean is awesome! Just go!

My daughter loves to come here every year for her birthday this year makes 6 years in a row and everytime we come it’s the same great service, awesome fresh food, and entertaining chefs. On of my go to rolls is the cypress roll it’s delicious.
