Hi I usually never leave a review even if I have a bad experience but today I was really disappointed and sad 🥺 I went and got food yesterday and my reciept said $29 and when I look at my bank I was charged for $37 and I it’s not a big issue i went back today to get some food and asked the lady while I was there about that transaction, in my head I thought there was a $5 fee for paying with card so I just wanted to confirm and when I asked the lady that claims she’s a manager she very rudely replied to me saying that I need to call my bank because I am not the first person that has “been overcharged” and that there’s no way she could charge me more than what the reciept said and that she doesn’t do that she was just being very defensive and saying it wasn’t her that charged me more when I never accused her I was just asking if the $37 was correct and that’s it. I will just take my big back somewhere else 🥺

HORRIBLE FOOD, HORRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered a DOUBLE cheeseburger and got a two meat burger with 1 slice of cheese and was told I had to pay extra for the other slice 😂. Also ordered the chicken fingers and catfish. I was soo disappointed with the flat chicken fingers with no meat whatsoever. I was not asked if I wanted onion rings and was automatically given salad. I'm assuming because it's easier for them to make. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Nasty food and terrible customer service.

Well, 1st off, put on HAIRNETS, GLOVES, omg, place looks clean out front, in the prepping area...not so much, food was not bad, but..not very tasty as well, to me it needed help, place is a hole in wall, but I still don't want to get sick from eating from there..

No flavor whatsoever in all the fried stuff. Fish, shrimp, stuffed crab, french fries. No salt taste, no pepper taste - nothing. Only thing that was average was the fried rice, and even then it was greasy and just okay. The price is lower for a reason. Service ok also, but really it's the food that matters more to me.
Today was my first day trying their food. I ordered fish , shrimp and fries. The shrimp and fish did not taste like it had any seasoning it was also not cooked all the way! Meat still looked raw in the inside. The fish wasn’t crunchy at all. I also ordered the 6 mozzarella sticks and the cheese was really hard it wasn’t soft in the inside. This will be my last time ever getting food from this place. Save your time and money. When I looked and seen who was cooking the food it was a young girl. They need to jus throw her out the kitchen because she obviously does not know how to cook.

I would like to share my reviews of this place for three years. We’ve gone here with excellent cooking excellent attitude sometimes the tables might be a bit messy, but that’s OK, but for the past nine months, who’s ever cooking in the kitchen now the shrimp is fried extremely hard and crunchy. The fish is too crunchy and the fries are too hard Rarely there’s ever smile, but the atmosphere is still pretty nice. Hope they get better with the good luck. We came twice. Praying that it was just a mistake the first time, but after the second time we were convinced we did not need to come back.

The shrimp and catfish taste pretty bad, which was such a disappointment. The fish is flavorless and mostly batter whereas the catfish has a weird greasy taste. A lot of people say it tastes frozen. But the people inside are nice and I’ve heard good things about their homemade burgers. If I come back it’ll be for the burgers.
