I have been ordering food since hurricane Harvey because they were the only place open afterwards and the food has always been delicious. I ordered some pizza and wings, and the pizza was not what I ordered, I called and they made me another pizza but I had to send the wrong one back which I did not understand but I sent it and had to wait and hour and a half for my family to eat, Now what they are going to do with that pizza was a mystery to me, but I hope they did not resale it. I will not be back.

My family and I have ordered from Sicily Pizza for years now. Each time the service is getting worse. They are always forgetting to bring something that you ordered. I have ordered cheesecake twice and I still have NEVER received it. I was also told that they cannot credit the amount of the cheesecake I never received back to my account. I have given them several times to fix it and just bring the dang cheesecake but all they do is lie and have me sitting up waiting all night on it. Horrible service and I will be disputing the charge of the food as well as the tip since if they can't seem to resolve the problem.

On its best days you can expect to get your order within a two hour time frame . It’s absolutely ridiculous how little this restaurant cares about being able to be timely in their service . I placed an hour at 8 pm and have yet to receive my order by 9:50 . The hostess displayed little sentiment when I was asking for an eta.

i know y’all see the cheese pull in this pizza when i SAY THEY MAKE THE PIZZA HERE WITH LOVE I MEAN IT they LOVE their customers here and i LOVE THEM the crust is crunchy but soft on the inside the cheese is so rich and delicious ? A MUST !!!! when im on jones BEST BELIEVE IM GETTING SICILY PIZZA I DONT CAREEEEEEE!!! WINGS , PASTA , CALZONE can’t go wrong with ANY ALL OF IT IS 10/10

Definitely recommend for a family night, or going with a group of friends!Update: second time visiting!My daughter ordered a medium deluxe pizza and lemon pepper wings. I had two pizza pockets and lemon pepper wings. Our orders were fresh, steamy, and the cheese was oozing out utter deliciousness! The wings seemed a bit overly dry and thin. The skin was a dry crunch and a bit over seasoned. They were still pretty good but might not order them again.

Food is good, delivery SUCKS!!!!! Was told a delivery time of 45 minutes. Two hours later, still no food. I could have cooked and cleaned myself by now. This is the second time their delivery has shown up super late. One time it did not show up at all. We will not order delivery ever again.
First and last time! The sandwich is soooo greasy! Nothing but onions and hardly ANY meat!!Owner contacted me and explained the situation! I really appreciate him taking the time out to reach out.

We tried this for the first time because of a flyer someone stuffed in our door. Personally, I didn't like it. I thought the pizza was a little bland and the edges were mostly inedible. It probably just comes down to preference. My bf says the delivery person was nice.
