Silk Road is a hidden gem- literally- hidden in a Marriot Courtyard. Lol the food and cocktails were - simply put- sublime. A few of the dishes I had before only in China. Shrimp Rice noodle and the mushroom bun were perfect and the tofu skin pork was better than I’ve had in China. Make a reservation and GO!!
This place is a hidden gem tucked inside the Courtyard Hotel. The dim sum here is incredibly delicate. You can tell everything is handmade, even the chili oil. I tried almost the entire menu, and we loved every single dish.

Updates: While we really appreciate the concept from the chef, the service should be improved to match the price, the front end service was subpar. Also, toilet was really dirty!! (Had to deduct a star from that). Lastly, I do not recommend the restaurant week menu it was not worth it. The dim sum quality was different.
