The service was horrible. I went with my partner and 3 kids and approached the counter and there were 2 Hispanic guys a heavy set one and a short one cleaning and tinkering. We stood patiently waiting for 5 minutes. No..we’ll be right with you or welcome in. Silence while they talk and moved around. We ordered waited for our food and they didn’t get my babies grilled cheese. Then came to ask us to pay for it after admitting he missed putting it on. He acted as though we were trying to get a free grilled cheese. We ordered it earlier goof ball. In my experience whenever a restaurant makes a mistake they eat the cost. Talk about tacky. Now my child has to eat her sandwich by herself. We then had to wait 20 minutes for a grilled cheese. Hire new staff they can literally make of break business. This took place Sunday around 8ish.

I live close by and start every day with a cup of their house blend. Their menu offers much more with lattes, macchiato, espresso and such. The menu ranges from breakfast to dinner with an option of beer, cocktails and wine. The atmosphere is casual with good music in the background. Karissa is my favorite batista in all of downtown Houston, I can't say enough about her to justify her service, you'll have to come in and see for yourself. Praise to ToutSuite on Commerce St!

I ordered a grapefruit juice, caramel oat milk latte, vegan chocolate chip cookie, fried chicken sandwich & fries. It was love at first bite. Derrick was so helpful and professional he went out of his way to make sure my order was correct!
Such a great atmosphere to get your work done and enjoy a delicious meal Downtown with low prices. The food was great & the mimosas keep coming in! Derrick was such a great server to me & my partner. 5 stars for a great experience !

Finally a food truck that makes good Mac n cheese!!! Seasoning on POINT!! And even more glad I added shrimp because they did not disappoint on the size nor the amount of shrimp. And my crawfish roll tastes like love was put into it with a lil kick of spice for good measure. I am so glad I took a chance to try today because my expectations were met and then some!!

Poor customer service. We ordered 2 soups and a veggie bowl. We were told there was only 1 soup and that we'd have to wait for more to made. But since the veggie soup was too spicy for my wife we asked to replace it with a bowl of broccoli ????. Plus we stated that we asked for the quinoa instead of the rice. The manager came down with a rude attitude. It seemed like he was angry. He stated that the order asked for rice and not quinoa. So I couldn't get quinoa. Again the manager was very rude. And then the bowl of broccoli came, but also very spicy. The food was OK, but the manager was very rude. The waiter was nice, but not the manager. The waiter would make a much better manager.
