You clearly don’t listen to feedbacks. I have personally called on different occasions about food delivery packaging. All you do is toss it in a bag and send out for delivery. No sealed food pack or bags.

Came here today with wife and kids on Mother's day. We arrived and sat for almost 30 minutes and noone even approached us to ask for our order, even after my wife went to ask them how we should process our order. We eventually got up and left for another Nigerian restaurant (komchop) which was a better experience for us.

This is the best of the best African Resturant i have ever been. And the environment is great. Easy parking. The. The food is super deliciouss. I felt i am eating fresh homemade food from my mom. I had to other more to go home. And 2day later i brought 10 of my friends we all enjoyed the food and had a great time out there.

I bought goat stew and chicken stew with fufu and the flavor was okay but the meat was not tender at all the chicken was old and hard the goat wasn’t cooked long enough waste of money
As a Canadian, I thought the food was unbelievably expensive. I ordered the peppered snail with fried yam and it was 39.99. That’s 55 CAD and I was shook!! However, the food was really good. It was well seasoned and so well done. It’s expensive but I might go there again.

I placed two orders on 10/15/2024, but only one order delivered. Second order still not delivered as of 10/ 18/2024. I placed many calls and spoke with the owner and one of staffs but no refund. At a point the refused picking my call. My sister called the owner with her number and it was answered. She told her of my ordeal and owner/manager consented and said she was aware. Owner requested for a cell phone line and promised to refund through zelle. She however declined and it is over three hours from the time of conversation and yet no refund, no order delivered. Eko Bistro fusion violated their mission and vision statement in not resolving this issue and also put their integrity on line forgetting t hey are not the only on in the business. This is fraud! It's time for them to know that customer's right exist too.

This restaurant is so problematic. They are always out of something… one time it was turkey, then plantain, EVEN rice once?♂️ they don’t apologize or seem to care. They’ll just walk to the back after canceling your order.The food is really good, but NOT worth all the trouble or time wasted.
