There were approximately 6 vegan options, clearly marked in the vegetarian section of the menu. And vegan pho soup in the pho soup list. I ate the vegan pho soup and it was delicious. Very big bowl and some sprouts and basil came in a separate plate.

Sick day called for DoorDash, and Simply Pho did NOT disappoint! I ordered the Korean BBQ bánh mì, shrimp and fried spring rolls, and combination pho — all incredible, comforting, and so filling. I’ve got leftovers for later and can’t wait to visit in person once I’m feeling better!

I visited this restaurant yesterday and had a terrible experience. The management is extremely unprofessional, and the owner/manager displayed very bad attitude. The cashier, a woman whose name I heard as Fan/Fang (not entirely clear), was very aggressive and had a terrible attitude. There seems to be a complete lack of basic human decency—staff are reprimanded harshly and disrespectfully, and I even witnessed a homeless person being treated cruelly. The way dishes are cleaned and handled is extremely unhygienic and concerning. Leftover vegetables that have already been served to one customer are given to another customer, which is disgusting. The woman at the cashier also frequently yelled at her coworkers in Vietnamese, setting a very unprofessional and disrespectful example. The male cashier, who is dark-skinned, was very slow and inattentive. Overall, the atmosphere is horrible, and I strongly advise caution. Supporting this restaurant means supporting extremely poor hygiene and unprofessional, disrespectful management.
