We literally come here every month, so over 60 times since 2017. The overall experience is very satisfactory. Some key points that earn my five stars.The food is consistent with good flavor. The price is very reasonable.The waiter/waitress always checks with us.We never have an issue finding a parking spot for eating here.The downfall of other Pho places around the city makes us end up backing here.

This food is so bland. I had to add my own sauce to everything to give it flavor. I got the combination fried rice, egg rolls, and Mongolian beef. The beef is very chewy, dry and doesn’t seem like it was marinated.

We had a good experience today at Simply Pho. I wasn’t feeling good and really wanted some pho. We came here because it had been good before and my partner likes the banh mi. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for no cilantro and my bowl came with cilantro. I was trying to get the cilantro out on my own but was upset because I didn’t feel good and I guess the team noticed. They came by and offered to bring me a new bowl. I was so thankful.

Not too sure if the place is self seating or they sit you, slightly confusing as I saw people sit themselves and others they sat. The pho is great! Super flavorful broth, ordered the P7 (steak, brisket) and added some flank. The service was not too good. I was by myself and felt like I got ignored a lot, had to ask someone to bring me bean sprouts and limes for my pho. Nobody came to check on me after I was done, plates stacked to the edge, card on the table. My waitress passed by me many times and never turned to me when I tried to get her attention. I ended up going to the front counter to ask for my ticket to pay. Overall I'd be back again for the food alone.
