Worst experience I ever had there was an older fellow in a hat and a manager shirt smoking in front of the building and i go inside and no one helps me for 5 minutes. I’m trying to understand how the NIGHT MANAGER IS OUTSIDE instead of being with the crew

Cashier named, Nadia K, was excellent in courtesy and positively exemplary with care, awareness, and astuteness of duties. I must say, the food was good, but the service from her was GREAT! When I return, it is certainly my intention to come again for memory of Nadia's service. I'm truly impressed. Had lost hope in this emotionless electronic service atmosphere. She caused me to feel valued. PERIOD!

Slim Chickens is now my go-to place for chicken tenders. They have a variety of dipping sauces to choose from instead of only one like some other places. Giving a shout-out to Nadia at the Fountain View location. She took my order and made sure everything was good.

They don’t have a working number truly. It claims they’re busy and just hangs up on you. So you can never get help with your order

If I was to rateJonathan the manager on his customer service skills, he definitely get 💯 stars. Great guy always go above and beyond. Food is always on time and presentable and well cooked.

The tall (light-skin black guy w/ long hair - I didn't get the name but he deserves recognition) cashier that assisted me was so friendly and personable. He made some great recommendations for other things I can try on the menu. The food was good but customer service was even better.

Also loved the sign they have in the lobby.
