C'mon, how on earth could anyone have a bad review of a cupcake place? I stopped in after a visit to Fedex next door. I expected to find overpriced baked goods. To my surprise the prices for cupcakes were a deal. I was also surprised that the two cupcakes I bought, strawberry and wedding cake were absolutely phenomenal. I wish this place was further away from where I live because I fear I'll visit often. The only thing I would change is the proximity to my house.

Smallcakes made the cutest cake for my daughter’s Taylor Swift birthday party! I just needed a small cake to match the topper and they got it perfect! They were so easy to work with and made the process, well, a piece of cake. ? The cake itself, as well as the 4 dozen cupcakes we ordered were absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be ordering from Smallcakes again

Quiet little bakery on Eldridge. The cupcakes are super moist. The churros cupcake was so delicious, my favorite of what we got! We really enjoyed the key lime cupcake. The hot fudge sundae cupcake was ok. The red velvet was our least favorite of the ones we got. The icing was sickly sweet and not flavorful, just sugar. It reminded us of the cupcakes you get at Kroger that are just pure sugar. We would totally get their cupcakes again and try some other flavors and make sure to get the churros cupcake again.

Small cakes came thru on the cake. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! It was beautiful and exactly what I asked for. And not to mention delicious. I got my wife's favorite flavor wedding cake (almond flavor). DELICIOUS!!!
There was an extra charge for a box. And and extra charge for a pup cake container. They put it in a zip lock bag. $1 for a zip lock bag and $1 for a box. No other smallcakes location does this. Cashier did not want to give me a receipt which I thought was weird and I left unsure if I was scammed or not. I recommend going somewhere else.

Had a random craving for something sweet, so I came here and Yailine was so refreshing to get serviced by. Laid back, not loud, she took her time explaining the flavors and service and honestly, its just great when employees arent the typical overbearing servicing type. Thanks Yailine for the cupcakes

I have always ordered my cakes from here. Spoke with them last week and placed an order. Discussed the entire cake. I was scheduled to pick up the cake today at 2. When I called to confirm that I will be picking up the cake today, they say they don't have an order for the cake. Someone placed a comment on my account that I may not want the cake and I was supposed to call back to confirm I want the cake. We never discussed that I would call back. I confirmed that I wanted the cake the day I spoke with them. I have ordered cakes from them every year for the past 5 years. Now my son has no cake for his party tomorrow. I even have emails discussing the details of the cake. Small cakes called me last week to confirm the decorations of the cake.
