I would high recommend this Bakery they have met our expectations several times we have used them for Wedding cakes / this time for a Sweet 16 cake.
I shared a picture and some ideas and they made it happen. A tier macaroon cake with cake at the top absolutely gorgeous. They called me with details and made sure I had everything I needed when picking up the cake great service thank you again

Showed up to pick up my cupcake order that I placed this morning between 11-12 for pick up between 530-630 to be told it was not only put back out (as it had sat out for 3 hours) to top it off they threw the order slip alway so when I finally started getting the order back together 5 of the 12 requested cupcakes weren’t even going to be available as they have sold out of those already for the day so unfortunately my dozen would have to whatever they had left….

I love their cupcakes. All of them are amazing. I also had a white chocolate covered oreo. Wow! Was it good. I would definitely recommend Small Cakes. You don't know what your missing if you haven't been there.

these cupcakes are delicious!! I ordered for a bridal shower and they were a big hit! The wedding cake cupcakes are super yum. Also the chocolate cupcake with cream filling 😋

If anything, I would just recommend not to come to this location due to the front desk, older ladys attitude. She was very impatient with me with the whole process of picking up Cupcake that’s purchased that I purchased from too good to go. I let her know that it’s my first time doing this but the whole time she just kept on looking at me stupid and I understand that I did something that she was supposed to do, but she got pretty upset about it and just gave me a hard time and then gave me a lesson on how I shouldn’t do things that I shouldn’t be pressing…. I get it, but I was the only one in there. No one else is there.. I don’t understand what was the hurry.

I recently picked up a cake for my birthday, and it was absolutely stunning! Not only did it look gorgeous, but it also tasted just as amazing. The service was top-notch—friendly, efficient, and professional. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will definitely be coming back for future celebrations. Highly recommend! 🎂✨

I love small cakes to bits! But there is some inconsistencies in service. Before I order on grubhub I always call and ask if they do curbside. All the other times they said yes and this time is no. I don’t like it when everyone is not on the same page. Be better please

So my friend ordered 3 cupcakes a rice crispy and a pumpkin cupcake as a gift for me and I most say this was the worst cake I've ever tasted. The strawberry short cake tasted water down, the wedding cake one tasted like they overdosed it with almond extract, and the birthday cake one tasted like nothing. The quality of the cake was all mushy, mine then fell apart before I could get it out the box. My rottweiler was excited until he realized it was nasty cause he ate the mike bone and icing off the top, took a bite out of the cake and backed up. They wrote a note and replaced my rice crispy with a Halloween white chocolate covered oreo which was so hard I couldn't even break it on the edge of my table. This was a waste of time and money I would not suggest Anyone to buy from them. As a matter of fact I think they should get all new recipes because I hope this wasn't someone's grandma's recipes.

Highly disappointed with the quality of cupcakes. Very dry and not as flavorful as I imagined them to be. we had a variety to taste different flavors. Selection is ok but everything tasted like it was in a fridge too long

Just left Smallcakes without purchasing anything due to the young lady working the counter today. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I’m in customer service myself and believe that in order to get better, we must know what we’re doing wrong. And as a bank manager, I take feedback and share it with my team when there’s opportunity for growth. I walked into Smallcakes to get my favorite ice cream- the macaron flavor. The girl walks over to me and didn’t say hi or welcome me, she just stood in front of me waiting for me to order. I asked if they were out of the macaron ice cream and she gave me an annoyed look and said this is all we have. I then signaled to an ice cream and asked which flavor it was and again with an annoyed look just pointed to the names written on top of the counter without saying a word. At this point, I could feel that she was simply just irritated with me so I informed her that I was good and wouldn’t be buying anything. Honestly, I love this bakery because I’ve had great service in the past and I love that they use TooGoodToGo but this visit was not it.

I had a custom cake request for a 30th birthday. I had a vision of the cake however what I received is not what i expected. I signed off on the phrase, but whoever is the cake decorator in the shop please work on the handwriting on cakes. No reason it look like a lil boy decided to write on top of the cake. The HEB cake i ordered last year looked way better and i spent over $50 for this one from small cakes. I completely just wiped the entire writing off the cake and purchased a cake topper. Thats how hideous it looked. Practice makes perfect, but what i got was worse.
