On Jan 12, I placed an order online thinking this would save me time. However, this store does not make the smoothies ahead of time. They wait for you to get there then they start making it, defeating the purpose of online ordering. I hope the owners can change this policy.

The roomie and I were biking along the bayou and through the city so we wanted to gran a Smoothie somewhere and saw this place on Yelp. We headed over but couldn't see it so had to call them and was told they were located in the underground tunnels. No problem, just had to carry out bikes down a flight of stairs and was able to find the place. I really like peanut butter so there was a protein shake called PB and J which had peanut butter in it with some berries so that what I ordered. My roomiengot the açai bowl and seemed to like his selection. I really enjoyed mine and they didn't hold back on the peanut butter as I watched her out three small scoops into the blender. Very good tasting smoothies that quenched the craving for something cold and I'd definitely come back again. We saw a sign at the cashier register for an app so we downloaded it and received $3 off on each of our order. Score!

Love this place for my midday smoothie!! The employees are so much more friendly and helpful. Possibly a change in ownership and management.My experience and smoothies are just better now. Some of my favorites are the pb green machine and aloha cooler. My husband loves the the bulk upper! He gets it at least 2-3 times a week. Their fresh juices are also really good!As a smoothie connoisseur , the smoothies and service are just better then smoothie king. Highly recommend trying them out!

So the sign on the wall says $4.49 for a 2 oz. wheatgrass shot. There's another sign saying $1 for a 1 oz. shot after 3:00 because of Happy Hour. I order a 2 oz., expecting to pay $4.49, but hoping it might be $2. I was wrong. It was $7.03. When I questioned the bill, the guy says, "It's in the machine that way, there's nothing I can do." How do you spell t-h-e-f-t?
