Super low customer service drive thru kid didn’t give me my change back correctly since impacted cash and he was mad because he closed the register and had to give me money from his tip jar and he closed the window to talk mess about me and he wasn’t even polite not coming back I was a regular customer.

The employees here are rude and dismissive. But let’s get to the real issue, In drive-thru, I ordered a peanut power plus, took a few sips and was wondering why the smoothie was crunchy. There was little plastic particles in my smoothie. Turn back around to let them know about it, and they’re dismissive about it “so you want a refund?” Was what I got hit with instead an apology what can we do to fix it. No but if I swallow a bunch of plastic particles and got sick from it.. it’s gonna be more than an apology and a refund. Been to a ton of smoothie king locations and this is the first one ever that giving this franchise a bad rep.
