We drove specifically to this location to ensure there was enough time till close. We got there an hour till. (9:30, they close at 10:30)
In the middle of taking our order, the guy abruptly stopped and stated that they were closed. I would understand if it was 10-30 minutes until close, but it was an entire hour. It genuinely just sounded like an excuse to not have to make a smoothie.
Unfortunately, I just had extensive throat surgery and right now smoothies are all I can truly have.
Driving to this location didn’t give us time to get to another. We are pretty displeased with this experience :(

I came in for my order and even though I was early one of the gentleman asked what the name was that I'm waiting on. Even with the flood Drive-Thru orders and people inside of the store waiting he still prepared my smoothie plus others and it was ready 5 minutes before the expected time.
Every time I come to this location I have the greatest experience.

Ashley and her group are great! I ordered 22 smoothies, and they had the order ready in no time. She even called and texted me to let me know it was ready. And they carried my smoothies out to the car. Exceptional service!

This was my first time at this location . And smoothie king in general in a very long time . Ashley was very helpful and super personable. I would definitely come back to this location .
