This place deserves a zero. I have NEVER left a bad review before for any place but I couldn’t let this one slide. I am a frequent customer of smoothie king and have always tried to be understanding and respectful to the staff. It was about 20 minutes before closing and upon arriving through the drive thru, the worker asked how he could help us and after I told him my order, he let out a sigh and said, “We’re not taking orders anymore.” I told him that online it says that they close at 9 pm. The worker never replied back and ignored me. When going around to the front, the workers were just laughing. This place has the WORST customer experience I’ve ever encountered. I’m very disappointed with smoothie king. It seems as if they do not care about serving their customers and should close the shop down if they aren’t going to get better workers. Multiple customers have complained and nothing has been improved. Until they learn to honor their commitment to customer service, I will not come here anymore and will not recommend this location to anyone.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Absolutely the WORST Customer Service ever. They have no idea how to run their drive-through line, and wait times often exceed 30 minutes with only 2 to 3 cars in line. The attitude of the employees at the drive-through window are less than professional, in fact, borderline rude and hateful, and it's obvious they could care less about doing their job. The smoothies are good, but the wait time is beyond a nightmare. I was just there today, and they lost a total of 7 customers behind me who all got tired of waiting. And that was BEFORE I ordered...After 15 minutes of waiting before I even pulled up to the speaker, it was then another 13 minutes before they actually TOOK my order. After waiting 25 minutes AFTER placing my order (with 2 cars in front of me) I pulled out and left as well as several others behind me. Something needs to be done with this location, the managers and employees need to be retrained or fired. Horrible.

We had a fatal experience since they treated us in a very despicable way when they gave us the bowls that we ordered, they did not give us the spoon to eat them and they told us that they did not have spoons and asked how do you think I can eat this one. ? And he replied that he didn't know how I told him to give me the money back, so he told me that he would find me a spoon and he brought me a spoon that looked used but the protective plastic which guarantees one had not been used before.I could no longer have the freedom to sit down and enjoy the bowl with my husband since we did not have the spoons to eat. This happened in the store at 249 and Antoine Dr.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!Terrible customer service. Literally the only person in line. Took 15min for them to come back and asked if ordered something that was not my order. He even said he hadn't charged me when he in fact had. Then came back to ask me for my name that was on my order receipt when he didn't even give it to me. I asked for a refund and it took him about 7min to figure it out. He said his name was Dillon and let me tell you when I say he seemed like he was in another universe while talking to me....whew. Was told the manager wasn't here and would be back in the morning.

I understand that finding customer service driven employees are hard to come by. However, I've never felt so unwelcomed in a place in a long time. I pulled into drive thru to place my order. There were a few bees that where lingering around that area so I decided to go in because I didn't want bees in my car. I went inside to a gentleman texting. As I approached the counter I was met with a stale face and a "what can I get you". I gave the gentleman my order and after I told him that there may be a bee nest near your drive thru ordering area because there were a few bees just lingering for some time. His response, "oh" and looked at me like I was stupid. He walked away and went back to text for a few second before making my smoothie. I got my smoothie and thanked him. He said nothing, turned around and walked away. I felt like I was bothering him, as me coming in was some kind of inconvenience, idk, maybe a bad day. All this to say, if you don't get many of drive thrus, it's probably because something is attracting bees to that area. If you don't get much service it's probably because people don't want to get out of their car, or because they are meet with ungrateful employees that could careless to be there. If you don't have paying customers, you don't have a job be appreciative of the people that come to your place of business, they are the reason you are still running. Also, always appreciate feedback especially when it's to enhance your service. Sir, I hope you enjoy your 10% gratuity even though you didn't deserve 1 cent. I hope your day gets better and hopefully you all use this feedback as a training opportunity.

Would give an absolute 0 but unfortunately I cannot. They've already messed up my orders twice before this year, but now I make an order for 11:25-30am just to get there and they be fully closed. I wait outside for 15 minutes for them to open, nothing. Mind you, their Google said they open at 10. Their app also states they open at 10, so for me to be able to put an order in, show up expecting my order and to find out that they are closed and no one's answering their phones, I was more than pissed. This location needs to be shut down. Management sucks, employees suck, location looks a mess, overall needs to be shut down and demolished into a parking lot. At least that'd be more useful.

Went into this location to pick up my online order. Service and the two gentlemen were prompt and professional. The part that part that almost made me throw my beverage in the trash was how filthy and unorganized the store looked. For it not being busy there shouldn’t be coolers open and traces of ingredients all over the prep areas. Clean your store and parking lot please. I’m willing to buy this store and run it well if needed. Blessings.

1st Time Guest, Reasons for 3***: Outside Entry are Very Dirty-Inside area: Dirty floors, Rug, Equipment: Refrigerator/ Freezer Opened with ingredients all over PREP area , very Unsanitized!!!AC out of order, VERY warm inside.The Staff. 1 (Guy). Awesome Customer Service, Pleasant Personality , I had a "Special Request" smoothie.. Most likely will NoT return!!Surely, the Owners will Improve the Atmosphere!

EVERYTIME I come here they are out of something and I've tried on and off for the past three years and always out of something one time they were out of ice like HOW like get it together. It was my first time there and my online pickup order was all spilled over when I picked up. There were no napkins around, had to ask the person behind the counter. The place smelled weird and disgusting inside.

It took over 15 minutes for them to serve the three cars in front of me in the drive through. Since there were cars behind me, I didn't take a sip of my smoothie until I had pulled forward into the parking lot. When I did - it was the most disgusting, tasteless smoothie I had ever tasted. I don't know what their problem was today, but I'm not going to risk paying $11 for something that went right in the trash again.
