The manager at the Katy location on Fry Road the service is impeccable she has a fantastic attitude and if you really want to get great service and good food this is the location that you need to go to I love the atmosphere the manager and the people that are so positive and they're so upbeat so I give them 10 Stars I love this location you need to pop in sometime so you can see what type of service that you're getting
Process of order taking is horrible and only one employee looks like they can make smoothies and he’s also the only one that take orders this system needs to be improved with the service 15 mins for one drink is insane and when asked for a refund due to the services they refused
