Place is horrible. Sat there and watched the manager throw a temper tantrum and blow up on the girls working there. Literally screaming at them. It’s not any of my business, but a grown man shouldn’t be in a young girls face screaming like that. I will not spend my money there again. No sir!!!!

I come here at least once a week and it's always consistent. Started with banana boat, then one of the staff suggested the cinnamon banana power meal and it's my go-to smoothie from now on!
Place is always clean inside and line moves along quickly

I ordered a smoothie via the mobile app after my Pilates class. By the time I drove to the summerwood location my order was ready and so delicious. Damian took care of me at the drive thru and he was so very kind! Smoothie King you need more employees like Damian! I felt valued as a customer. Thank you Damian!!! I hope to see you guys again soon.

I placed an online order this morning so that I could quickly receive my order, and when I arrived at the location, the lobby was closed. I called into the store, and was pretty much yelled at. I stated that I had placed an online order so that I could Skip the line- as do many people when they order online, and be off to work, he quickly cut me off and told me to get in the drive-through line. I expressed to him that the whole reason that I ordered online was so that I did not have to wait in the drive-through line, and he very rudely told me that “the lobby does not open until nine, which is why there is a sign on the door that states that.” I definitely believe there was a nicer way to handle that and to talk to me as a returning customer. I have been coming to this location for years, and I have had many issues with the staff. The person that I spoke with was the franchise owner of this location, and just because you are the owner does not mean you can talk to anyone anyway that you’d like.

Never patronize this location the franchise owner believes he doesn’t have to honor orders placed in the smoothie king app. Quick lesson for the franchise “owner” if you don’t want to honor what SMOOTHIE KING says can be substituted in Their drinks take the Smoothie King name off the building and put yours up. Because last time I checked you don’t own the SMOOTHIE KING brand
. He also won’t refund your money when he doesn’t honor your order.
