The young lady Stephanie was so lovely we went 20 min til closing time and she was so nice and sweet.. had great customer service.. thank you for not getting mad like other workers
I went to this location today around 7is pm and the staff was amazing! So was the bowl!
I was in line @ 9:45pm tonight 3/15/2025 they close at 10pm.. they took 15 minutes for 2 cars and never came to the inner com when it was my turn. They turned the lights off after the car infront of me.. poor service!!! I waited in line for 15 minutes. I took the picture at 9:56pm
Today I order a PB Swizzle and for the first time they gave me to little acai on it and I ask extra peanut butter and I was charge for it but not added extra. I always go to this location and the serving has been well but this time it was not worth $15 bucks. Disappointing, they need to teach all team members to give the same serving amount and really add extra peanut butter if they are going to charge for it . I was serve by Jennie S in drive thru. So disappointed.
