The associates are the NASTIEST I have ever encountered. My drink was not made correctly. I went in to rectify and get my drink remade. The associate proceeds to tell me what’s in the drink. I order this weekly. Then the GIRL had a nasty attitude rolling her eyes. Before I leave the MANAGER I assume tells me to try it and make sure it’s up to par. I felt the sarcasm through his tone. Customer service is horrible they need to do better when dealing with the customers. And I will be escalating to corporate.
