Who is ROBERT W that has been hired at this location? He’s very rude!! Slamming the window doors and not greeting customers! He either needs to get off the register and make smoothies or go back through training because this isn’t how you treat customers that frequent this location! Very very disappointed in the service that I have received from ROBERT W these past times that I’ve visited this location 😡

There was a line of cars in the drive thru. I decided to go inside. Bad idea! It took about 25 minutes to get my order. Once I received my order the bananas in my bowl were black. I requested for it to be replaced, they stated I had to wait for another bowl to be made. Cheyenne stated a new bowl would have to be made because it would be a waste of a banana. That did not make any sense. Cheyenne rolled her eyes and slammed a couple things around. I will not be coming to this location again.
