I had ordered a vanilla hulk , with certain things in it due to my allergies. I didn’t drink it till I got to my location an y’all gave me banana!!! I am allergic to banana!!! This is the second time this had happened!!!Then say it’s a new employee an it’s their birthday !!! When you’re in a food industry, you need to pay attention because you don’t know if someone has allergies!!

**Update, they responded below as if they were really going to do something. I followed instructions and they HAVE YET TO REACH OUT! Just ordered a smoothie bowl and paid for EXTRA Toppings only to be delivered soup and then my peanut was missing! I live less than 4 mins away from the location and I ordered priority on UberEats. I think gave me the wrong order because it’s impossible to be that watery so quickly. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I was very disappointed at how fast the service works. I was literally the only person inside the building, waiting for my order upon coming in I was greeted by a gentleman I place my order at 10:50 AM. I got a medium strawberry banana smoothie I didn’t receive my smoothie until 10:59 AM, it literally took them nine minutes to make a smoothie and a blender. Yes I understand that it takes time to make a smoothie but not nine minutes then when I do get my smoothie and start drinking it, it taste like water. I will not return or waste my money at this location.

As a manger why are you getting combative if a customer is asking you To make the order fresh knowing it’s not fresh I’ve worked with smoothie king in Dallas and I know one thing for sure if a customer ask you to make something fresh do it you are at work and you don’t pay for the product and if the customer doesn’t like it don’t get upset and refund because you want to be lazy as a “manager” and not do your damn job it makes no sense get it together hope this reaches hr cause this whole location needs real professional management and team members that wants to do the job they are paid for

I knew this would be complicated. To ensure clean ingredients and no refined sugar, I’m simply said I wanted several items in my smoothie and would mention when she was ready. Could not do. Said I had to pick one on board I didn’t have time to look and get closest and substitute. I wanted plain yogurt peanut butter. Banana strawberry. Just let me tell you what I want and simply pick the most reasonable one for me that enables substitute. I don’t work there

This location is ungodly slow and SOME staff can set a bad tone for the rest. 3 cars in the Togo line and it takes them 20 minutes to get my smoothies. Well how about just going inside? Nope. They wait to take your order for a bit and you just stand at the counter. It’s a shame because most of the staff is nice, but others just set a bad tone.
