Great smoothies. Inconsistent customer service. Today at 10:20 am the girl was short and rude with me, but the woman who came in after received an entirely different attitude and greeting as I walked out. I will not speculate why, but it's happened more than once. I was going to go to this location regularly. Not anymore. Disappointing since it's a few blocks from my house.
Always greeted by staff when I come in. Order is placed and received in a timely manner and smoothie is great as always

This was my third visit to this said Smoothie King location, (I’ve been working at Greenway Plaza and will be until the end of the year, so I will be visiting here often) needless to say this was the first time that this location wasn’t so crazed and hectic, lol. I had received my order within minutes!! lol. I’m sure the times that I’ve come in the past weren’t the best times, being around 12-1pm and 3-5pm. It also has lots of traffic from a LA Fitness next door. Nonetheless, the staff here have always been fantastic :)) !! The ladies that work here are very kind, helpful, waste no time getting your order out and have a great attitude and energy :)). It will probably be a weekly occurrence for me until my project is done in this area. So looking ahead, I know that what is expected is gtg!!
